Do you supply the alcohol?

  For events on private property Polished Pour is a dry hire in which the client purchases the alcohol, but we can calculate how much is needed, make recommendations, and pick up for you.

What if I wanted you to supply alcohol?

  Through my partnerships in some counties with local bars and restaurants, we have access to a liquor license for off site sells.

Do you have non-alcoholic options?

  Yes we can also offer soft drinks, dirty sodas, coffee, and more.

Besides weddings and private parties are there any other packages you offer?

  We are also capable of supporting wineries, breweries, non profits, and established venues in need of a professional bar service or refined pouring set up. We can also bring mobile bar to you and host team building exercises and bartending classes.  If you have a idea that you don’t see on our page just ask and we will do or best to accommodate.

What size of events can you do?

  We can handle any event size.  We just need to know with enough time in advance for large events or festivals to be able to plan accordingly.

  Flexible package options are also available including simplified setups for smaller guest counts, or more budget-focused events.

Are you insured and licensed?

  Polished Pour carries liquor and general liability insurance. Our bartenders are state and RBS certified.

Can we use our own decorations?

  Yes, when bar is in open position it is logo free and available for you to personalize.

How far will you travel?

  We are currently located in Lakeport California, but will travel anywhere in the state.  A $2.00 per mile charge will be required for anything outside a 40 mile radius from the 95453 zip code.

Payment and refund policy?

  We require a $500.00 deposit at time of booking.  The deposit becomes non-refundable within 60 days of your event.  The contract balance is due 30 days prior to your event date and is non-refundable.

Can you park your mobile bar anywhere?

  The mobile bar requires a level ground and adequate space to be able to get in and out.  If a electrical outlet is over 100’ away or no power available, you will need to add on generator fee.
